Juan David Cáceres Murillo es diseñador y estudiante de último semestre de arte de la Universidad de Los Andes en Bogotá, Colombia. Parte de su trabajo está relacionado con la investigación de imágenes y su conexión con el inconsciente colectivo y narrativas inherentes a una comunidad. Es por esto que Juan David tiene gran interés en la novela gráfica y en su manera de involucrar la escritura e ilustración, convirtiéndose en una gran herramienta pedagógica para todas las edades. Con esto en mente ha llevado a cabo proyectos editoriales que buscan transmitir términos y avances científicos a un público general mediante ilustraciones e infografías, combinando varias técnicas y temáticas que buscan generar interés en el lector. En el portafolio EHMS, Juan David contribuye a la escritura, ilustración y creación de publicaciones editoriales que buscan integrar a una comunidad en torno a su territorio. Se enfoca en la relación entre dicho territorio, su comunidad y su inconsciente colectivo, buscando narrativas pedagógicamente funcionales que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de relaciones entre las comunidades y su entorno.

Juan David Cáceres Murillo is a designer and final semester art student at the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia. Part of his work is related to the investigation of images and their relationship with the collective unconscious and narratives inherent to a community. This is why Juan David has a great interest in the graphic novel and its way of involving writing and illustration, becoming a great pedagogical tool for all ages. With this in mind, he has carried out editorial projects that seek to convey scientific terms and advances to a general public through illustrations and infographics, combining various techniques and themes that seek to generate interest in the reader. In the EHMS portfolio, Juan David contributes to the writing, illustration, and creation of editorial publications that seek to integrate a community around his territory. It focuses on the relationship between said territory, its community, and its collective unconscious, looking for pedagogically functional narratives that contribute to the strengthening of relationships between communities and their environment.
